It is a time for Wanganui artists to open their studio's to the public. This event is run over 2 weekends and is proven to be a popular activity for many people around the lower half of the Island.

Wanganui Potter's Society
The Potter's Society is a fantastic society to belong too!  Studio situated at the back of the community art centre at 19 Taupo Quay. Receive updated newsletters, use of the building and kiln, joint exhibitions, groups and classes, many fun events to attend, and on top of all that you get to use their library and much more.

You can be sure of a friendly welcome and you don't even need to own a camera to get involved with this camera club, just have a interest in people and photographs. They meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month (Feb – Nov) @7:30pm in the Christ Church Lounge, 243 Wicksteed Street.
